With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, previously as a Director and Department Manager, Tina is an expert in her field. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Janice Dunn Estate Agents, as well as managing our growing Property Management department, Tina’s friendly manner, methodical approach and motivation is an asset to our team. A local Frankston resident, Tina has a passion for property renovation, and brings this wealth of knowledge and a solid understanding of market trends for residential real estate to her clients, enabling her to provide sound advice at all times. Having experienced many changes to residential tenancies legislation throughout her career, Tina is flexible and adaptable to changing conditions including the new Residential Tenancies Act legislation. In her spare time, Tina loves gardening/landscaping, property renovation, reading and spending time with her family and pets.
